Q. Does NAOH Skincare conduct animal testing?

No, we are proudly cruelty-free!

Q. Do NAOH Skincare products contain synthetic dyes?

No, we only use the best ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers. The colours of the bars are determined by the range of natural raw ingredients we pop into each soap.

Q. Are NAOH Skincare products grey water safe?

Yes, we only use Purified Water from the start to the finish of our beautiful hand-poured creations.

Q. Can I recycle my NAOH Skincare soap boxes?

Yes, we only use 100% recyclable material in our packaging.

Q. What countries does NAOH Skincare ship to?

We currently ship within Australia, but are opening up shipping to international locations real soon… watch this space!

Q. How much does NAOH Skincare charge for shipping?

Yes. For domestic orders delivered to an Australian address we charge a flat $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express post.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order, or next business day if placed on a weekend, and shipped via Australia Post.

NAOH is a local Sydney based company, based at the foot of the beautiful Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury River Region. Surrounded by natural beauty, fresh air and open spaces, we are inspired daily to create these beautiful products with the best ingredients sourced from Australian Suppliers.

Q. Is NAOH Skincare Australian Owned?

We sure are! We are proud to be a 100% Australian owned and operated company.

Q. Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your NOAH purchase, please contact us within 30 days from your date of purchase via email hello@naoh.com.au with a copy of your receipt and your feedback. We love customer feedback and wish to assist our customers with any enquiry they may have.

Please note if you have purchased your products through one of our valued stockists you must contact them and adhere to their individual return and refund process.

For hygiene and safety purposes we are unable to issue a refund on a used product, however we will happily replace a product if it is deemed to be damaged or faulty.
